A Panoramic Conference Hall to Open in Batumi Alphabet Tower

A panoramic conference  hall in the Alphabet tower  in Batumi will be opened  early next year. According to the Spanish company's Boost Spain representative, a conference hall will be meant  for 70 persons and will work continuously.
 
Irina Khomasuridze says that repair work has started and is expected to continue till the end of the year. A comfortable environment for business meetings and conferences will be created in the space.

In Irina Khomasuridze’s words, currently a restaurant, a panoramic elevator as well as  tourist area with a lot of visitors are functioning in the Alphabet Tower.

Batumi Alphabet Tower opened this  summer after 5 years of pause. The tower height is  137 meters and it is equipped with 5 panoramic lifts.

Boost Spain  is a Spain-based company, which has long work experience abroad , while  in Georgia the company started operating  only in 2015. Boost Spain  also owns  a Spanish restaurant  located on the Era Square  in Batumi.
 
In July 2015 the tower was  transferred to the Spanish company  for 1 GEL  for a 20-year period  . A total of  $ 1.2 million will be invested in the Alphabet Tower.

The Alphabet Tower was built in Batumi following a decision from ex-President Mikheil Saakashvili. Its construction cost GEL 64 million.
