The first large-scale shopping center "Batumi Mall" opens in Batumi. The project has been  implemented by the company "A house on  the boulevard ". According to the company’s representative, the total  area of the mall is  ??18 400 m2, of which 12 500 square meters is  commercial area, 5 900 sq.m are allocated for the car park designed for 220 cars.

"Batumi Mall" is a 4-storey shopping center with  a 6-level parking lot adjacent to the  building, which is unprecedented for  Batumi. The trade zone is equipped with elevators and escalators. In the first stage 50 shopping and entertainment facilities are already opened in the mall. By the end of the year their number will  increase to 100.

A total of  GEL 20 million was invested in the project.
