The first brand hotel Best Western Kutaisi will be opened at the beginning of 2017 in Kutaisi. The project is financed by “Capitol Group” and “Partnership Fund”.

Currently, repairment works take place inside and outside the building. The project costs 3 million USD.

Hotel is located in the historical center of Kutaisi under the international brand. It has 45 rooms. 40 of them are standard and 5 of them apartment types. The hotel will also serve disabled people.There will be 3 mobile conference halls, which will have a capacity of 100 people.

There will be a cafe and a restaurant with an open terrace on the top of the building and with the panoramic view of the city.

The hotel will be managed by Spanish company: T3 Hospitality Management, hotel Management Company, which works on Georgian market since 2016.
