Company Hilton Hotels&Resorts will officially sign the agreement with company
“Granat” and will announce the construction of a new hotel in Tbilisi. Hilton Tbilisi Hotel will have 206 rooms and it will host visitors in 2019.

The historical building which is located on 59th , Kostava street, will maintain its style and facade, which will become part of Hilton design. Glass part of building will be added to the hotel, where bar and spa center will be opened.  

Vice-president of Hilton Europe, Near East and Asia,Patrick Fitzgibbon explained: Hilton hotels are located in 30 cities of Europe and today Tbilisi also joined this amazing list. Hilton regional strategy is to broaden its network in the East European cities. Diverse economy, stable infrastructural investments and events planned for tourists makes Georgian capital attractive for business”-Fitzgibbon declared.

The cost of investment equals to 50 million USD.
