Rustaveli Boutique Hotel, which depicts scenes from Knight in Tiger’s Skin poem, will be handed over to an international company in management.

Israel-Georgia Business Chamber representatives told the Business Contract that, at this stage, technical details are being agreed so as the hotel launch operation at full capacity. The hotel is expected to start reception of tourists in the first quarter of 2017. In August 2016 only the so-called soft-opening was carried out, they noted.

Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is the first hotel depicting motives from Knight in Tiger’s Skin poem. The hotel is located on Freedom Square in Tbilisi. Exterior and interior of the building depict quotes from the poem in three languages – Georgian, Hebrew and English languages. A library of rarity books has been also arranged at the lobby of the hotel.

The 4-5 star boutique-style hotel is  mainly designed for VIP tours from Israel. The hotel comprises 15 suites. The project’s investment value is 5 million USD.
