"Meidan Group" will open the eco-hotel in Tbilisi in June. The hotel manager Shalva Alaverdashvili says that the arrangement of the hotel has already begun; the hotel opening was scheduled for March, but was delayed for several months due to technical issues.
In Alaverdashvili’s words, it will be one of the first eco-hotels in Tbilisi, its roof will be covered with grass and flowers while the hotel will be lined in timber.The hotel will use alternative energy sources
A 3-star hotel hotel is located in the "Rose Garden" and will include 63 rooms as well as a conference room and spa center.
A total of $ 2 million will be invested in the project.
“Meidan Group” is a real estate development company established in 2000.
The company's goal is to make investment and carry out projects in the historic part of Tbilisi preserving architectural traditions.
"Meidan Group" has bought a balneologic resort in Tbilisi at the beginning of the year . A modern hotel complex is planned to be built in its area.
