Modern-standard Rooms hotel will be unveiled in Sagarejo. The building will comprise 30 suites and the investor will inject 7 million GEL in the project implementation.

City Loft company will build the hotel and the complex will be oriented on agritourism direction.  Georgian, ecologically clean product will grow on the company-owned land plot, as well as nut and almond trees, artificial pond and family-type entertainment complex will be also arranged.

The hotel will employ 30 citizens.

We inform you that National Property Agency has transmitted 3 agriculture land plots in Sagarejo and a 127 626 square meter nonagricultural land plot in village of Satapleti to LLC City Loft at 750 000 GEL.
