"Rixos" to Be the most Expensive Hotel in Georgia   News ArchiveMarch 13, 2012 According to “Rixos" luxury hotel brand, the hotel in Tbilisi will be the most expensive in Georgia. The representative of the company said in an interview with "Financial" that the 5 - star hotel would open in early 2014 and more than 15 million USD would be invested in the project. In his words, the hotel will be located near the museum on Gudiashvili Street, this will be the most prestigious address in Georgia and service will match the price. In total 60 apartments and 40 brand stores will be located at Tbilisi "Rixos". The museum which will unite the galleries and exhibition halls will occupy the ground floor. Apart from Tbilisi, the company plans to open hotels in Batumi and Likani.
