Multifunctional Hotel Porta Batumi Tower will be opened in May. In the next month, residential will be ready to function, however, hotel has not been arranged yet.

Porta Batumi Tower is equipped with different size of studio type accommodations as well as 12 penthouse with mountain and sea views. Except residential, Porta Tower includes few other buildings. There is two-floor parking lot in the tower as well as space for 12 trade centers. 100-rooms-hotel with terrace, restaurant and fitness spa center will be located in the building. The project also includes cafe-restaurant and office spaces. 70 million USD will be spent for the project.
