The biggest developer company “Alliance Group” plasn to finish onging three projects in 2018-2019.

The company builds “Alliance Tbilisi” in Tbilisi. The 3-tower premium complex consists of a 40-story residential building and two smaller mixed-type towers where Wyndham Garden Hotel and apartments will be situated, the world’s largest chain of hotels and resorts. Alliance Group will invest more than $75 million in the Alliance Tbilisi project, which will be completed in 2019.

The company builds a world- class skyscraper in Batumi that will feature a Courtyard by Marriott hotel on the first six floors. The apartments will be completed by June of 2018, and the Courtyard by Marriott hotel will officially be opened in April of 2019.

The upper floors of the Alliance Palace – a 41-story multifunctional complex – will house premium-class apartments. Alliance Group will invest $45 million in the Alliance Palace project.

Another project “Alliance Resort” will be finished in 2018, which is 2,000 meters above sea level, and only 100 kilometers from the Black Sea coast, Alliance Group is building a 100-room hotel featuring the world-renowned Ramada Worldwide brand.

Alliance Group, founded in 2005, has carried out more than 20 large-scale projects in Georgia. Over the past 11 years, the company has invested more than $200 million in completed projects.
