French District will be built on a 30 000 square meter space in Tbilisi. The project is being implemented by Unix Development company.

The complex will be built on Kerchi Street and it will comprise parking zone, yard, recreational zone, sports playgrounds, outdoor cafes, kindergarten and so on.

“This is a project of closed style with cleaning and security services. Everything is united in a joint closed European-style complex. One of the investors comes from France and the complex design comprises French elements. That’s why this complex is called a French District”, the company managers said.

The project calls for building 5 blocks, including 3 ones will be put into exploitation in autumn 2017.

The company has already started sales and the demand is very high, Unix Development managers noted.
