Company Owned by Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze to Build 100-Suite Hotel in Tsikhisdziri

The company owned by TBC Group founder Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze will build a 100-suite hotel in Tsikhisdziri. Black Sea Resort company has bought a 90 135 square meter land in Tsikhisdziri and Buknari at state auction for 13.650mln GEL.

The company has been founded by TBC Group President and TBC Bank supervisory board chairman Mamuka Khazaradze (33%), Deputy chairman of the supervisory board Badri Japaridze (33%) and Bob Mayer (34%). 

Under the privatization terms, the 100-suite hotel must also include a restaurant, conference hall, playground and parking place for 30 vehicles. The new hotel will employ at least 30 persons.
Investment value of the multi-functional hotel complex is 20mln GEL. 

A joint company of Khazaradze, Japaridze and Mayer has already implemented projects such as Lisi Development near Lisi Lake territory.
