Park inn by Radisson construction will start from September instead of Hotel Tori. According to Block Invest director, Tornike Janashvili, documents need to be signed.

”Only formal part is remaining, although we won’s start dismantle, until everything closes. Partnership Fund is our partner in the project and members of the Supervisory Board should sign the agreement.”-says Janashvili.

The construction of the hotel will take 2 years and its opening is scheduled for September, 2019.

According to the project, Tori will be dismantled and a new building will be built instead. Construction began in the summer of 2016, but due to permit procedures the process was delayed. The investment scale is 25 million US dollars.

Park Inn by Radisson will consist 200 rooms, cafe-restaurants, conference halls and meeting rooms.
