The construction of Park Inn by Radisson on the site of the hotel "Tori” has been  postponed. The project will start in the nearest future instead of September. Tornike Janashvili, Director of the "Block Invest" company, says  in a conversation with Commersant that  everything  will depend on the solution of the formal part.

As Janashvili explains, the Partnership Fund is a partner in the project and  the members of the Supervisory Board of the Fund should  sign the agreement. "Some of them are not in Georgia and for this reason the process is delayed. The papers will be signed very soon, maybe even this week, "Janashvili says.

The construction of the hotel will take 2 years and its opening is scheduled for September 2019. The investment volume is $ 25 million.

Park Inn by Radisson will have  200 rooms, cafe-restaurant, conference room, meeting rooms.
