TBC Bank will start construction of head office with new concept from April.

Tbilisi Business Centre – this is the name of the complex, which should be built at the nearby area of Lisi Lake. The design is created by Dutch France Van Wurr with inspiration of Shatili Towers.

Spanish UN Studio is also engaged in the implementation of the project. Opening of the complex is scheduled by 2021.

According to Mamuka Khazaradze, founder of TBC Group, the building, constructed in ecologically clean environment, will be energy efficient as well. New head office will hold over 2000 people.

Welfare of employees is the key issue for the largest local investor with 25-year experience. Khazaradze declares that TBC Bank is in the TOP-3 by wages, the bank is merely behind Embassy of the USA.
