Hotel Rooms will be  opened in Kokhta-Mitarbi in the summer of 2018.Construction of the 100-room Hotel Rooms is currently in active phase. 40 million USD was invested in the project.

Before the opening of the hotel in Kokhta, it is known that Adjara Group Hospitality will open the hotel in Tbilisi, in the former premises of the publishing house ”homeland”. At the end of January, the hotel ”Stamba” will be able to host its visitors in 45 rooms.

According to Valeri Chekheria, together with these projects Adjara Group Hospitality started to take care of urban development in the direction of Kakheti. The complex “Desert” will be located in Kakheti and will include restaurant, hotel and farming in different directions.
