60-room hotel will be opened on Mirza Shafi Street in 2020. The project is implemented by Israeli investment company MCI Project.

The company’s co-founder Ia Chantladze told bm that the hotel includes 2-3-storey buildings and the project is fully compatible with Old Tbilisi architecture.

According to Ia Chantladze, the project was worked out for eight years and passed all kinds of instances.

According to her, rock will be a part of the hotel design, where the building is being built. Besides, the hotel façade will be made of bricks of various styles and the construction of will create the design of the Georgian carpet.

The boutique hotel offers restaurant, spa and parking.

The total volume of investment is 12 million USD.
