In Old Tbilisi a new hotel will be constructed on Leselidze Street. The issue is of buildings located at Leselidze Street N3 and N5. Total space of the mentioned buildings is 1800 square meters.

The hotel will be constructed by Aguna company. The reconstruction project calls for constructing buildings on 2 cadastral units, which will be shaped in one hotel and its facade consists of two independent facilities.

One additional floor will be built on the building, as well as a mansard with a small terrace.
The project has been submitted to Tbilisi City Hall for discussion.
