Terminal - the largest coworking  space in the region, will be opened in Abashidze Street in March. Terminal will be a multifunction space of new format that has no analogues yet. Together with the working space, it will combine several directions, including different offices and conference rooms of various size.

Terminal is the third project of the company Tushiconcept, after Vere Loft and Food Art Restaurant Vere Blooms, the terminal will be the largest project. Tushiconcept co - founder David Tushishvili and Terminal director Jino Dolyn spoke with Commersant about the new project.

"It will be a comfortable space of a new format, fitted to freelancers, small companies, international and local organizations. Terminal will become a platform for business people to succeed and start new business relationships," Tushikoncept, co-founder of the company Davit Tushishvili says.

According to him, Vere Loft’s two-year work experience  showed that the demand for co-working spaces is growing, and modern business people come from closed offices and prefer common spaces as it was  scientifically proven that work in the common space  is much more productive and most importantly, these spaces allow to find  the people of desired profession or business partner.

Terminal combines  three functional directions - a co-working space with 110 personal places, new offices for small companies, meeting, conferences and event halls.

Terminal also includes café terrace, self-service kitchen, recreation and entertainment spaces, library and bicycle parking inside the building.

All members and offices of Terminal will be served by  24-hour reception and concierge, sort service, high-speed wireless internet.

"We have already started sales; a special demand is for" box offices ", where startup and small companies have already started booking. We plan to organize interesting workshops and exhibitions for our members. I think Terminal will soon turn into interesting place for business people, " Terminator director Jino Dolin notes.

Terminal will be opened at Abashidze Street in early March.
