Vertex company plans to build a new hotel in Didveli, Bakuriani ski resort. The company has already bought a land plot by online auction. The company will pay 1.706 million GEL for 18 months.

According to the auction terms, the investor is obliged to build a hotel complex on the mentioned land within 48 months after signature of the purchase agreement. Under the auction terms, Vertex will invest at least 2 million GEL in the project implementation.
