Maison Boutique Hotel Opened in Tbilisi

Spanish and German investment worth more than GEL 3,5  million were made in Maison Boutique Hotel.

First Vice-Premier Dimitri Kumsishvili and Spanish businessman Alejandro Pastrana-Molero opened the new hotel. The opening ceremony was attended by Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture, as welll.

The interior of the hotel was designed by an internationally-recognized Italian architect, Hubert Penaranda. The building of the hotel is cultural monument of the 19th century, which facade has been preserved according to the epoch.

It is planned to make additional investment of 2 million GEL in a  14-room hotel in the future and increase the number of  rooms to 25. Conference hall, swimming-pool, SPA center and restaurant will be added to the hotel.
