The 3rd of April, 2018 – m2 Real Estate company plans to build a 130-suite hotel in Telavi, Kakheti Region, in two years. The company plans to develop  attractive space for tourists, local residents  and Georgian citizens, in general.

m2 has already bought a 8512 square meter territory, where old hotel Intourist is located without function.

Development of the network of hotels is one of the key directions of m2 company. According to the company plan, m2  plans to increase quantity of hotel suites to 1000 ones. The Telavi-based hotel will be the fifth property in m2 portfolio. The hotel will bolster a growth in tourism inflows to Kakheti Region, promote wine tourism development and create additional job places.
