Hotel Infrastructure will be arranged near Tbilisi Airport. The stater is already looking for an investor to build a hotel.

In order to develop tourism infrastructure, the National Agency of State Property has presented 12 563 sq.m existing property by Tbilisi Airport for sale at electronic auction within the project:  “50 Properties for Your Hotel”.

The initial privatization price of the property is 1 841 000 GEL.

The winner company must build at least 120-room hotel according to the privatization condition.

Within the framework of the project, real estate worth more than 50 million GEL has been sold and the amount of investments to build hotels reaches more than 100 million.
