Tourism industry is important as it plays an important role in the economy of countries. To develop and grow tourism sector county should take care of tourism satisfaction to keep them coming and recommending others to visit.
Satisfaction is affected by three antecedents: They are the perceived quality, the price (perceived value) and expectation.
The majority of visitors in 2017 are satisfied with traveling to Georgia. According to the Geostat, 54% were very happy, 35% were satisfied, neither satisfied nor satisfied – 9%; Unhappy – 1%, very dissatisfied 1%. The majority of visitors, 46.1 percent, belonged to the age group of 31-50 years.
