Recreational, resort complex “Resort Akhtala” was purchased by “Global Victory Georgia”.

The company sold it for 3,76 million GEL at conditional electronic auctions.

The investor will allocate 12 million GEL in the hotel complex.

Within the framework of the project, there will be built open and closed type swimming pools, restaurants, rehabilitation and recreational center, and at least 50-cars parking. The investor must employ at least 50 people in the hotel complex.

In order to develop tourism infrastructure, within the project “50 properties for your hotel” it is already twentieth sold-out object. In the frames of this project, total real estate worth more than 57 million GEL is sold, while the investment volume is 121 millio.
