According to the project, 5-storey hotel will be 5 stars. The complex built on a 7,000 square meter area includes a 100-room hotel and an investment budget of 5 million dollars.

Vani Hotel will be 4 star hotel. The worth of investments will reach $ 1,2-1,3 million.
