In the spring of 2019, a 5-star hotel Monograph will be opened in Tbilisi on Liberty Square. Well House company involved in the  project says that a luxury boutique hotel will be located on Aleksandr Pushkin Street 5/7.

They say in the company that the international brand will not be brought to the hotel and the company will be operated by the  Georgian brand. The investment cost of the project will be  $ 20 million.

The company bought  the area in 2016, and is carrying out construction and restoration works. In 2017, the head of the company Giorgi Gvinadze told "Commersant" that the hotel would have 37-40 rooms which will be  equipped  with furniture  specially designed for the project by the famous Italian brands. "The  prices will be democratic and acceptable for both tourists and the local population - Gvinadze said.

"The rooms will be equipped with furniture specially designed for our hotel by well-known Italian brands. As for prices, they will be democratic and acceptable to both tourists and local residents, "- says Gvinadze.

He noted  that  uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that a European standard restaurant and the French lounge bar will be located on  the hotel's upper floors. "Plaza de Liberte" local brand will start  operating  on 19 June,  2018.

The company does not specify  why Plaza De Liberte was replaced by Monograph but notes that works were delay due to the complexity of repair works.

Development company "Well House" operates on the market since 2014. The company’s first project is the construction of a residential complex, which has entered the final phase.
