A four-star hotel will be built in Sighnaghi as part of the Tourism Development Foundation of Co-Investment Fund. The hotel with 130 suites will combine spa and fitness centres, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, wine cellar, wine bar, top-class restaurant, lounge bar with 360-degree views and large conference hall.

The complex will cover 5 hectares, while the structure’s space will be 14 000 square meters.

At the stage the hotel is being constructed and it will launch operation in 2020. Total value of the project is 21 million USD.
“This project will attract tourists and employ local residents, create new job places and popularize Kakheti Region”, the foundation representatives noted.
