A complex located on the area of 40 000m2 will include a 5-star hotel and entertainment complex. The hotel will have 220 rooms, conference rooms for at least 300 people, several rooms for meetings, two or more restaurants, sports-recreational and spa centers, open and indoor pools. The complex will also have casino.
The hotel is built by the Hungarian company Cash, foreign investors are also involved in the project.
The founders of Crystal Building are Georgian, Azerbaijani and American investors.
