Champion of NBA, famous Georgian basketball player Zaza Pachulia will build a hotel along Sioni Lake.

Zaza Pachulia plans to build a hotel in cooperation with the founder of “Archi Group” Ilia Tsulaia. Their joint venture “Sioni Lake Resorts & Spa” has been founded and acquired real estate in the project “50 properties for your hotel”.

According to the condition, no less than 60 rooms will be constructed with natural and artificial surface pitches on site.

Zaza Pachulia announced about cooperation with Archi Group last year. The sportsman bought a flat in one of the complexes of the company.
