The hotel will open at Galleria Tbilisi in May 2019. The 80-suite hotel will be located on 6th and 7th floors of the shopping mall. The total investment value of the project is 7 million USD.

A hostel will also function at the shopping mall for 200 persons. The hostel will be inaugurated at the end of 2019.

Co-investment Fund invested 100 million USD in the construction of Galleria Tbilisi.

The multifunctional trading center on 65 000 square meter space unites 100 stores, bowling center and entertainment centers for children, food outlets, Free and Al. Griboedov State Drama Theater, supermarket. The building also comprises the entrance to Freedom underground station.
