Arrangement of hotel and cafeteria is planned in Lagodekhi Reserved Area. The auction has already been announced for the purpose of arranging tourism infrastructure. The winner must complete the infrastructure in 2 years and invest 1 million GEL.

Tourist infrastructure in the territory of Lagodekhi Protected Area must meet the appropriate parameters, cafeteria – height – not less than 4 m, width – no less than 10 m and length – no less than 20 m; Hotel – height – not less than 4 m, width – not less than 10 m, length – no less than 20 m.

Non-agricultural land plot of 6000 sq.m land in Lagodekhi Managed Reserve is listed on the electronic auction.
