We've decided to carry out the project based on the fact that the hotel business in Tbilisi is interesting and profitable as the tourism industty is growing. We have developed a new concept that has no analogues either in our country or in the world. We have created a project that gives an investor an opportunity to purchase spaces starting from 18-room to 200-room hotel with the initial capital costs 2.5 times less than usual. They will get a much more profitable product and an infrastructure that has no analogues in our country. By pouring $1.8 million, an investor will get a profit of $400,000,” Tornike Janashvili notes.

He adds that four most expensive penthouses in Georgia will be built in one of the towers with the price of $20,000 per square meter, one penthouse will cost $8 million. The investment cost of the project is $300 million, the project will be completed by the end of 2024.

The project will include a premium brand mall, the largest casino in Georgia, the largest event venue with a 2,500 capacity, the first Michelin-starred restaurant in the Black Sea region, as well as seven premium restaurants, premium spa and office spaces, the most expensive penthouses in the country and a modern automated parking.
