According to the information the radio "Commersant" holds, after "Center Point" and "Valencia", the management company "Dexus" might be interested in other companies. One of “Dexus” founders Irakli Kilauridze states, there are companies which unfinished constructions “Dexus” wants to complete.

However, certain decisions have not yet been received. Kilauridze doesn’t exclude the possibility that negotiations with any of them will take place by the end of the year.

A reminder:"Dexus" has started «Center - Point" management since 2010 while construction works on "Valencia" suspended site resumed a few days ago.
