"Silk Road Group" is working on the detailed design of Batumi "Trump Tower". The company explains that at the stage the exterior and interior design is specified, after that the construction works will begin. They also note that the Tower’s building will enter the active phase in 2013. "Trump Tower" project in Batumi belongs to the famous architect John Fotiadis.

The Partnership Agreement between Donald Trump’s company and "Silk Road Group" was signed in March 2011 during President Mikheil Saakashvili's visit to America.
