The construction process of “Radisson" hotel in Tsinandal is on the first stage. As the owner of the hotel -"Silk Road" company explains the radio "Commersant", the work goes on the foundation as well as design is specified and permits are obtaining to carry out some works.

"Silk Road" notes that the hotel will be opened by the end of 2013.

In total 100 rooms will be located in the 4 - storey building of Tsinandali "Radisson" hotel. A 15 - meter-long underground corridor will connect the hotel with Tsinandali winery.

The hotel will have open terraces and balconies. According to the company, there will be the rooms and living rooms with exclusive interior, as well as own parking lot while on the roof of the building terrace and pool will be located. The project was created by a world-renowned architect John Fotiadis who is Batumi "Trump - Tower" project author.
