After reconstruction of Ureki boulevard, local hotels expect the number of tourists will double. The work on Ureki boulevard reconstruction was started by the infrastructure ministry. Ureki boulevard will increase to 2 km, the territory will be greened, carriageway will be decorated, as well as street lightening and benches for rest will be installed.

"Prime" hotel located in Ureki explains the radio "Commersant" that the boulevard arrangement will influence on the number of tourists and work of the hotel.

However, the administration states repair works begin in summer, which will reflect negatively on the 2012 season.
