The British to Turn Building of Former Justice Ministry into Hotel

It became known that a British architectural firm is working on the project of turning the building of the former ministry of justice located on Rustaveli Avenue into a hotel.

Note: The building of the former justice ministry was bought by the company owned by the businessman Roman Pipia. "Rustaveli Property” will have a final draft of the hotel by the end of the year. The reconstruction of the building is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

The façade of the building will be fully maintained. The 5 - star hotel is planned to open on this place. Negotiations regarding hotel management have been underway for several international brands. But, specifically, the hotel of which brand it will be, is not specified.
