TWO NEW HOTELS OPENED IN BATUMI

Government of Ajara reported that volume of investments, made in 2 new hotels, being opened in Batumi yesterday, totaled to 16 million lari. In particular, 10 million lari was spent in construction of hotel AISI, located at crossing of Griboedov and King Parnavaz streets. 13-storey hotel with 37 rooms was built through Georgian investments. While the second hotel, World Palace, located on crossing of Kutaisi and Melashvili streets, was rebuilt under Turkish investments. Rehabilitation of the object (building of former Marine Administration) cost 6 million lari. The hotel has 30 rooms.
