According to Civil Registry Agency, in May in total 51 243 registration transactions performed in the real estate market. Thus, the number of initial registration transactions made 11 079 while the number of secondary ones amounted to 40 164.

The number of transactions has increased by 38.2% compared with the previous month: the increase was observed in both primary (60.8%) and secondary (33% ) registration transactions.

The number of transactions has increased 15.5% compared to May 2011. While in May of last year 82.4% of the registration transactions were secondary and 17.6% - the initial registration transactions.
