“Georgian Property” company has not yet named the date of construction of the global brand hotel "Intercontinental" in Tbilisi.

The company's representatives confirm the fact that the hotel will be located in the former building of the Ministry of Agriculture, but they say at this stage the project is being reviewed and when construction will be restored is unknown.

A reminder: In total 40-45 million USD was planned to be invested in “Intercontinental" hotel in Tbilisi, but the project has stalled for several years because of war and financial crisis.
