The brand of the hotel that will be located on Rustaveli Avenue in the former building of the Ministry of Justice will be known in a month. The building owner- "Rustaveli Property" company explains "Commersant" that the selection of the operator is being carried out at the stage.

As per the company’s information, the reconstruction of the building will begin in the first quarter of 2013. They also claim that the building facade will be maintained. According to the existing sources, the British architectural firm is working on returning of justice ministry building into the hotel and the 5 - star hotel is planned to be open in the building.

Note: The former building of ministry of justice was bought by the company owned by the businessman Roman Pipia.
