Demand for Real Estate on Agmashenebeli Ave. Increased by 10-15% A square meter of living space costs 1 000 -2 000 USD

Real estate agencies speak about growth in demand for commercial and living spaces located on the rehabilitated Agmashenebeli Avenue. According to "Libo Plus" agency, demand for real estate increased by 10-15%. They also report that demand was equally increased both for residential and commercial areas.

"Libo Plus" states that currently the cost of one square meter of living space on Agmashenebeli Ave. makes 1 000 – 2 000 USD while commercial space price ranges from 3 000 to 4000 USD.

"Macler House" agency also confirms the increase of demand for real estate. Management informs that demand for residential area increased by 20 and for commercial areas – by 30-40%. They also note, together with demand, commercial spaces have become more expensive by 30% and a price of one square meter varies from 2 000 to 6 000.

Management also adds that the cost of living space increased by 10-15% and one square meter of living space on the rehabilitated avenue costs, on average, 1 000 USD.
