After Kobuleti, “Georgia Palace Hotel” brand hotels are planned to be opened in Tbilisi and Mestia. In Tbilisi, an 18-room hotel located on Erekle Street will be operational after 2014. The hotel owner Temur Chkonia notes, he has already invested over 25 million USD in the hotel development.

The hotel construction became possible with the support of “Bank of Georgia”. In addition, the children's playground and a swimming pool will start functioning in “Georgia Palace Hotel” in the near future. "This project will be financially supported by “Bank of Georgia”. Note: "Georgia Palace" has 156 rooms. A double room price with two meals is 189 USD while a room with sea view costs 199 USD. A double room with three meals is available for 249 USD.
