Unlike business registration, the volume of transactions in the real estate market has almost doubled. According to official statistics, 100 199 transactions were recorded in July which is a peak rate since 2007.

So far, the highest rate of transactions - 55 970 units was observed in the real estate market in March 2011. Compared to July 2011, the volume of transactions in the real estate market increased by 57 279 units.
