Large-scale works in Tskaltubo will start in a few days. The Chairman of Tskaltubo Assembly Mamuka Tsagareishvili explains commersant.ge, in the frames of the project buildings rehabilitation, stadium and baths construction is planned. In addition, balneopark will be completely updated on the area of 78 hectares.

Along with Tskaltubo rehabilitation, construction of a 5 - star “Intercontinental” hotel and the so-called sixth bath is already underway. In total 4.5 million USD of private investments will be made in the project. After completion of the construction, the bath will be able to accept 800 tourists and patients during the season.

In addition, Tskaltubo Assembly Chairman explains that this year more tourists visited the resort than last year, but Tsagereishvili does not mention the number of tourists and says that after rehabilitation the appearance of the resort will be fully changed.

Please note: The Georgian President said that the large-scale works would be launched in Tskaltubo and after rehabilitation of the resort the number of tourists as well number of employees would increase.
