Indian Next League to Invest 10 million USD in Hotel Complex Construction in Ganmukhuri

Tbilisi (GBC) - An Indian company is interested in constructing a hotel complex in Ganmukhuri, the Samegrelo Region. The Next League President has introduced the hotel complex project to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili on September 2.

Drawing foreign investments to the Lazika zone is of crucial importance, Saakashvili said. A total of six hotels will be constructed in the Lazika-Anaklia zone by the end of 2013 and hundreds of people will be employed, Saakashvili said.

The Indian company will invest 10 million USD in the project implementation.

The sides concluded a contract agreement on September 2. The document was signed by Georgian Economy Minister Vera Qobalia and Next League Director Sanjak Pratak. The project implementation will start in October 2012 and end in autumn 2014.
