The number of transactions on the real estate market has considerably increased.

The month of August registered a total of 225 795 transactions. The figure has increased 5.2 times compared to the same period of 2011 and by 2.3 times compared to July 2012, says the National Agency for Public Registry (NAPR).

The number of transactions has increased on both primary and secondary markets by 3.3 times and 1.5 times respectively.

The primary market transactions has increased 19.3 times compared to August 2011 and the second market has increased 2.3 times.
