The fate of the former Parliament building in Tbilisi is still unknown. The sale of the building rose on the agenda after it was decided to move the legislative body to Kutaisi. Economy Ministry holds talks with potential investors and it is reported that hotels worldwide brand "Kempinski" and French-based Georgian businessman Buba Keburia are interested in the building.

However, the ministry has not made official explanations.
