Silk Road Group said that hotel Park Inn will be located on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi. Respective protocol of intents was signed today by Puneet Chhatwal, vice-president of Rezidor Hotel Group, and Giorgi Ramishvili, chair of supervisory board of Silk Road Group. Construction works on Rustaveli Ave. 31 (so-called “Telegraph Building”) will start in January of coming year. As the protocol envisages, after their completion, the hotel will be transfered to Rezidor Hotel Group for management. The project cost is $20 million. Silk Road Group attracted the funds through TBC Bank.
